How to apply

Account Issues
For all account issues please email enquries@thehangoutuk.com using the email address you registered with please include your full name, DOB, Instagram handle. We need confirm the above information in order to ensure you are the account holder.

Application Process
There is no set time for how long applications can take.  Please ensure that your application is completed fully, and sections not completed will result in the delay on your application being reviewed. 

Can I bring a friend?
Members are not permitted to bring any guests and all those attending are approved members only. If you would like to bring a friend please ask them to apply online at www.thehangoutuk.com 

Tickets
Members are only entitled to purchase one ticket per event.

Table Bookings
Please email thehangoutukteam@gmail.com for any table enquiries.

Table Guests
Purchasing a table does not mean that you can bring a guest who is not a member.

Minimum age
The minimum age is 18 years old.

Can I pay on the door?
TheHangout does not operate a cash on the door at the event. Your ticket must be purchased before the event. 

Refunds
Refunds are not permitted. This includes if you are anticipating non-members waiting for membership or members no longer attending. Substitutions are not accepted. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations.
